Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel

I had a good stay at the Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, the Opera house, and Metro stops. The rooms were beautifully appointed and well taken care of, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the great service provided by the staff, who were attentive throughout my stay. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the concierge lounge offered hidden views of Paris. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Paris.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to great shopping areas such as La Fayette and two nearby metro stations. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge four-poster bed. The bathroom had a double sink and an amazing shower with great water pressure. The staff were kind and accommodating, even allowing a late check-out for our baby to sleep. The hotel also offered executive lounge access with a delicious breakfast.

There were issues with the room not being ready upon arrival and a delay in resolving a dry cleaning fee.

Location excellent, friendly staff, fluent English, excellent breakfast choices, dazzling and delicious desserts.

The staff at the bar were kind and attentive. They even took immediate action when we spotted a mouse and assured us it was already reported. The concierge provided helpful advice for a fun evening. The hotel has a great location, close to popular attractions and within walking distance of two Metro stations. This made it easy to explore all parts of the city and to find alternative transportation when needed. the cleanliness was excellent and the hotel offered good facilities, including a delicious breakfast.
